Develop the skills and attitude of managers and supervisors. This is vital as your operational managers are on the front line and need to be able to manage all aspects of mental health. Help them actively recognise and support issues rather than ignore them, or attempt to provide "treatment".

Deliver accessible and effective professional support when help is needed. This will be a range of measures including;

Clear guidance, policies and procedures that can be easily followed. Accessible routes to occupational health and medical professionals is also important in helping staff return to being efficient, effective and happy contributors to your organisation.
