Looking after mental wellbeing means making sure everyone in your business feels able to manage their job and where they don’t, that they know to ask for help and can be supported. Evidence shows that ensuring your business is mentally well will benefit the individual, the business and the bottom line.

For many managers (and even business leaders), the thought of taking an active role in managing the mental wellbeing of fellow employees can appear a daunting task. Some managers do not even think it is their job.
